DAC dropping between 16-xg and 24 -250w

Has anyone ran into an issue where using the 1G uplink between a US-16-XG and a US-24-250W drop constantly?

Re: DAC dropping between 16-xg and 24 -250w

I tried a new 24port and a new 16 XG and sevreral different DAC's but all have the same affect. They're all of course SFP+ 10G DAC's but they dont make a ubiquiti compatible SFP DAC that I've found.

Anyone else seen this before?
