Hi,
i've got few VLAN's fg.
VLAN 3 192.168.3.x/28
VLAN 4 192.168.4.x/24
VLAN 6 192.168.6.x/27
VLAN 3
QNAP SERVER (DLNA etc.)
VLAN 4
home all devices
VLAN 6
my locators (i have rent a flat)
IN FIREWALL
VLAN's 4&6 ACCEPT to acces 3
VLAN 3 ACCEPT toacces 4&6
From 4&6 i can acces my QNAP (web, ftp) but all TV cant find DLNA server.
IN USG i have turned on mDNS and UPnP
What must i do to make it working?

You have to enable IGMP snooping on the LAN/Network where the DLNA server sits. Go to Networks > 'Network Name' then check the box labled IGMP snooping. You also need to have UNPN enabled under Services which it sounds like you do.
