Route traffic for a specific IP to WAN 2.

My primary ISP (on WAN 1) is having issues with a Facebook CDN (IP address: 182.176.35.145). I've reached out to Facebook and my ISP regarding that. But I am not sure if either of them would respond to me in a timely manner (if at all).

Meanwhile, a quick fix would be to serve 182.176.35.145 through WAN 2.

Can anyone help me with routing all requests for 182.176.35.145 through WAN 2? I have USG 3.

I would appreciate any help.

This may work.

Re: Route traffic for a specific IP to WAN 2.

VWT-Dan, I tried creating a static route (before posting here on this forum).

If I put in the IP address as is, I get an error saying "This field must be a valid subnet address.".

If I put in 182.176.35.144/29 (covers 182.176.35.144 - 182.176.35.151), it still doesn't route through WAN2.

I would also like to mention that WAN2 is set as failover.

If it's set for failover only, that may be why it doesn't work.  Someone from UBNT, or someone who has done this before with a UniFi router, will have to chime in here.

Something this easy should be easy to do.  It's simple on an EdgeRouter.

Thanks VWT-Dan. I was also expecting it to be as easy as configuring a static route.
