hello , first time here.
I bought a 24 port poe switch last wednesday (10/31) directly from the ubiquity store. I got an email confirmation of the purchase and thats about it! it has been sitting there since with no indication of availability or ship date. Strangely I cant find a customer care phone number to call. I sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. No response. I could have ordered from B&H and received it by now. whats the expected delivery times for recent purchases from the store?

My experience has been good; orders are verified
immediately, and shipment is typically within 2 or 2 days.
I've sometimes seen a delay before I'm notified about
an out-of-stock status.
You won't get 'B&H' fulfillment response, and if you're
on the east coast, you'll need to wait for delivery. It's
ground shipping, so it's often 4 or 5 days for that. Dave
