Re: UniFi Cloud Key firmware 0.12.0 has been released

Upgraded it without issue. But it shows as update available, to an older version.

I have created a post about it: https://community.ubnt.com/t5/UniFi-Routing-Switching/After-upgrading-unifi-cloud-key-to-0-12-0-it-s...

If you click apply update, cloud key doesn't work.

I would like to upgrade, but I have no option for this in the WebGUI:

From UniFi Cloud Key WebUI: Maintanance -> UPDATE MANUALLY. From here you can either paste the URL, or if you downloaded the binary you can select the file locally on your computer.

Is this only available when on the local network? I have never seen an option to manually update the Cloud Key outside of SSH.

Re: UniFi Cloud Key firmware 0.12.0 has been released

Add to the notes above: Yeah, the Dark Theme is missed, I liked it.. will that be a full preference even for the controller dashboard?

You need to do it in the Cloud Key WebUI not to be confused with Controller WebUI. It should be your controller ip address without the port number. I just successfully updated mine and it have the option there.

Wow, that blazing white dashboard is hard on the eyes! Will CK adopt the Mojave dark mode?

Re: UniFi Cloud Key firmware 0.12.0 has been released

hmmm updated 4 cloud keys and 2 of them are not connecting to the Portal anymore...

on one i have tried to reenable cloud access, reset completely and config it new -> no connection.

In the portal the cloud key are addeded after config cloud access.

one as "offline" and one as "offline (needs update)" ... powercycle of first one didn't help.

Localy the controller is accessable, and the WiFi is working fine.

Re: UniFi Cloud Key firmware 0.12.0 has been released

All went smoothly, updating from the repository.

Only thing I would point out is that the ISP throughput detail graph would appear to be the wrong way round compared with the key above :

Screenshot 2018-10-05 at 15.57.01.png

According to the key, Download is in blue and Upload in purple, whereas in the graph, it's the other way around. I watched some IPTV between 8am and midday and am currently viewing some Netflix, both of which match up with the activity in the downwards direction, but that part of the graph is in purple, which it says (incorrectly) is upload.

Re: UniFi Cloud Key firmware 0.12.0 has been released

IDS seems to be enable now? May have been enabled before but I don't remember it saying that the IPS and the IDS would affect performance, I thought it was just the IPS that affected throughput.

Otherwise successful. I thought policy based routing was a Controller option in 5.9.x ?

Re: UniFi Cloud Key firmware 0.12.0 has been released

Updated my CK yesterday, all running fine so far with the CK at 0.12.0 and the SDN at 5.9.29.

I have 2 sites controlled form the same CK:

Master site:

CK                     FW 0.12.0 Ctrl 5.9.29

USG PRO 4          4.4.28

US-48                   3.9.42

US-24-250W        3.9.42

US-8                     3.9.42

4 x AC-AP-PRO    3.9.42

Remote Site

USG3                    4.4.29

US-8-150W           3.9.54

AC-AP-PRO          3.9.54

I have upgraded the remote site as that is where I am at, will not the master site until I am on site due to the ongoing issues with teh current firmware, though I have had no issues here at teh remote site.

Where can I access this graph? I couldn't find it anywhere

EDIT:

I found it when you hover the mouse cursor on top of ISP Load in Dashboard it will pop out bubble message and it is right there when you click View History.
