UniFi Switch 48 POE-500W and UniFi Switch 24POE-500W and UniFi AP

Hello,

today i bought two Unifi (48 Port and 24 Port POE-500W) Switches and wanted to test my Unifi AP. The Unifi AP runs with this black POE adapter and i wanted to connect the Unifi AP directly to the switch. But the Accesspoint doesnt start! I change the parameters to POE+ and 24V but the accesspoint still doesent run.

Is there any solution, that i can connect the ap's only via ethernet cable?

Thank you and best regards

POE+ won't work, but 24V passive should work for the standard UAPs. Can you identify exactly which Unifi APs you have?
Set a Frequency! Don't leave it on Auto!
Disable Uplink Connectivity Monitor
Always set-inform a Second time after Adopting

Unplug the AP and set the port you want to use to 24 volts, if that is what it says on the POE injector you were using.

Apply that setting and wait for the light to show on the switch for that port.

Give it a minute then plug it in.

I see this in the controller:

Model Unifi AP

Version 3.2.12.2920

i think that are the standard ap's.

No LR and no Pro
