Unifi Controller Migrate site from remote controller - APs are disconnected

[ Edited ]

Hello community!

I have remote unifi controller with network and AWS EC 2 Unifi Controller. I just want to move devices from remote controller to AWS Unifi Controller. So i have exported site on remote controller, downloaded site file and add it on AWS Unifi Controller to new site. After that i set URL of my AWS Unifi Controller and chlicked "Migrate Devices". After last step devices are not connected on my AWS Unifi Controller, devices have "disconnected" status and still migrating on the remote controller!!! But devices have been migrating for 2 hours!!!!!! And status on router with "info" command is unreachable!!!

Please help me, how to add and adobt devices on new controller!!

Thanks!

Re: Unifi Controller Migrate site from remote controller - APs are disconnected

Is your new controller reachable for the devices? Is there an established network path to it? Are the right ports open?

Thank you @osunifi for your help.

How can i check that my new controller is reacheble for devices? Where i can see an established network path to it?

Did you check https://help.ubnt.com/hc/en-us/articles/204909754-UniFi-Device-Adoption-Methods-for-Remote-UniFi-Con... ?

In particular, the section on using SSH has been useful for me in a similar situation. The APs has an incorrect IP or name for the controller and had to be manually reset to the new controller name/ip to work.
