After long time it is still an Issue. Is there any Fix for this ? 
Unifi USG Client VPN multiple clients from same remote IP on the L2TP and Windows is not possible. Still !
This is an Issue for some long time and it is sill ongoing.

I need to roll this out at a client's soon.  Is this a widespread problem?

Hi,

yes it is and this is a problem that is still ongoing without any solution. Unifi ignores this.
If i had knew this i never ever would buy Unifi.
So i still hope there is a workaround on this soon.
