Do unifi do any unmanaged poe switches?

They do have a non-Poe managed switch though...

Not sure what you mean  - you can just not ever connect to the switch and it will still work as a switch.   Management ability is not mandatory.   What exactly are you trying to do?

No they should not be able to be connected to at all. E.g. not be able to connected to locally. They should just be dumb and un-managed.

umm, no.

 

I want a managed switch so I can reset poe ports, turn things on and off, manage vlans, etc....

 

Use an ACL if you want to keep people out of your switch.
