dhcp range 10.0.1.0 - 10.0.255.245 reports invalid payload for 10.0.0.1/16

However, 10.0.1.1 works. Looks like there's a bounds check for .0 that's incorrect here Man Happy

You are right. It's a bug in the validator and will be fixed in next release.
