"lost" my Cloud Key

Hello,

This week I realized I had "lost" my Clod key:

- I have it installed for more than a year and have done regular upgrades.

- I tried to logon (via the webbrowser), on the screen  I see I have v0.11.4

- but after entering my id & password: I got an error message: "invalide username / password"

- I am sure it is correct because I had saved it on my keychain (Mac)

- I tried to plug it on another port, same issue

On the cloud key I have a white light flashing, instead of blue !!

what i do not understand:  I still have access to the Unifi controller (5.8.24), so the system seems to access the cloud key.

any advice ?

Thanks in advance.

Re: "lost" my Cloud Key

Try using your username for the GUI and the password for SSH login. I have to use a combination of both to login to my devices now. No idea how UBNT hosed up the username and password stuff but they did.

Re: "lost" my Cloud Key

sorry, not sure I fully understood, i tried to enter userid as password and vice versa for the password in the GUI, it did not help !

I do not use SSH I am afraid.  do you think it could help to restore the access ? any document on unifi to explain that particular procedure?

to me, the strangest thing is that the controller still works (so must be accessible) but I cannot access the cloud key and the light is NOT blue (flashing white...)

this is the first time I have such a strange issue with ubiquiti material... I chose them for their stability and easy interface, hope to find soon a solution, I guess a factory reset could make it but would prefer to avoid.

Thanks for your support.
