We have successfully installed a WiFi system for the entire Premiere Hotel in Malaysia using a total of 250 units of UAP-AC-IW for in room WiFi and LAN usage and 16 units of UAP-AC-LR for public areas. We are using a dedicated UniFi controller installed on a VM using centOS to manage all APs. Switches used for this deployment are EdgeSwitch 8, 48 as the PoE switches, and EdgeFiber switch as the core switch. Guest authentication is using an external RADIUS server and Mikrotik router as the RADIUS client and router.clients.jpg

Good to see KL got some 'real' Unifi love!  I'm regularly in KL and sadly don't spot too many of these.

I recently installed the UAP-AC-IW to supplement coverage in a dead area, and I was quite happy with its range/performance, and the two RJ-45 ports are a nice bonus.  I can imagine they would work well in guest rooms.

In your dashboard picture, I noticed you have 2.4 GHz clients on Channels 1, 5, 6, 9, 11, and 13.  Are you doing yourself a disservice using channels that have overlap (e.g., 5 & 6 or 9 & 11 or 11 & 13)?  I'm US based so I'm limited to just channels 1 - 11, and it's pretty standard to only use 1, 6, 11 for signal quality reasons.  Just something to consider.  Nice work otherwise!
