Hi David,

This is excellent news! Will this require a firmware update on the AirCams?

yes firmware upgrade to 1.2. Should update firmware on cams automatically, or have the option under <Devices tab.

Hi!

Because of the complete rewrite of the kernel in AirVision2, there is no upgrade possible.

You need to make a clean install of AirVision2 and remove the old. The NVR though, will update automatically with AirVision2.

I'm not sure, with the settings, but there must be some way to migrate the settings it to the new version.

I missed the AV Webinar on June 17.  Is it on YouTube or some place to see it?

Hi David.

I was frustrated with the huge soundsync issue on the webinar. Do you mind if I upload a new version and share it on the Youtube page for that webinar with fixed audio sync and even audio levels? Much easier to follow now :-)

In addition to what Alan87i said above, I can personally vouch for Windows Server 2012 Standard.  I have been running airVision on this platform for about 15 months now.  airVision 2.X since the first available public beta. . .
