Backup Config restore

I would am moving from one Ubuntu box to another and would like to do 'clean' install. I would like to copy over the camer's, motion settings, user's, live view settings, and groups (I may be missing an import item or two) but start fresh with no recorded data.

The reason for this is I did a backup restore before when I moved from Windows 7 to Ubuntu and am now stuck with log messages that read as follows.

1495224667.149 2017-05-20 04:11:07.149/CST: ERROR recording path:C:\ProgramData\unifi-video\data\videos does not match on bindfs : Mount point for C:\ProgramData\unifi-video\data\videos not found in RecordingService-PurgeTask
1495224652.149 2017-05-20 04:10:52.149/CST: ERROR recording path:C:\ProgramData\unifi-video\data\videos does not match on bindfs : Mount point for C:\ProgramData\unifi-video\data\videos not found in RecordingService-PurgeTask
1495224637.149 2017-05-20 04:10:37.149/CST: ERROR recording path:C:\ProgramData\unifi-video\data\videos does not match on bindfs : Mount point for C:\ProgramData\unifi-video\data\videos not found in RecordingService-PurgeTask

I have done database Analysis's before and that never cleaned up these error logs. Has anyone done this type of method? When I look inside the zip folder the files are nicely seperated and labeled, so would it be possible to only import the settings needed and leave the rest as default?
