Can't see camera under 'Multi-View' with iPhone app

Cameras and NVR work normally on a PC.  On iPhone using UniFi Video App, however, one camera is not seen under “Multi-View”.  Here is step-by-step what I mean:


  • Click on NVR app
  • Click on Camera #3
    • Video shows normally
    • Status = connected
  • Click back arrow
  • Click Multi-View
  • All cameras show except camera #3 (three dots blinking) lower left corner
  • Click camera #3
  • Click View
    • Video not shown
    • Status = unmanaged
    • Click gears
    • Preview shows normally


Any ideas?  I often show people my cameras when asked what camera system I recommend.  Its hard to have a positive outcome when I can't get mine to work properly.  Man Happy

Hi @dalbert02,

It seems odd that the camera would show as unmanaged but Connected - via the web interface, could you unmanage the camera, forget it, reset the camera to factory defaults, then manage it again?
