We have the hardware NVR
We can not connect properly when the PC is not present though, some simple setting must be wrong.
The live stream works fine worldwide when the PC is connected to the LAN only.
Once removed the app or remote browsers are connected to the camera and we get a still shot but not moving picture.

The PC software has not been installed.
The NVR was connected to the network hub with it's own cable.
A computer connected via cable to the hub was used during setup via browser (Chrome)
Once that computer is disconnected the Cloud access and mobile app access does not work fully.
Although it seems very close, I do get a still picture with current timestamp and it shows current coverage.
Camera says connected.
No video streaming.
I'm at a loss here
