I reached out to you a week ago on another thread about this issue but hadn't had a response.
I too am having this issue on several phones and was wanting to know if there was a fix?
If you could send me a PM with some information, that would be most appreciated.
Thanks for your time.

There is no solution to this. If there was, they would post it and we all could fix our phones.
But they haven't.
And they won't.
You will get a PM from UBNT and they will offer you a RMA for another phone even though yours is out of warranty.
Don't get me wrong. I appreciated the gesture. But now that 91 of 105 UVPs now have screen calibration issues, my leadership lost confidence in me and I am done. Most are now sitting in the warehouse in a pile. And I am looking for another job.
Do yourself a favor and forget about Ubiquiti's VOIP phones. Ubiquiti already did.
Angry ? Yup. All it would take is for Ubiquiti to acknowledge a manufacturing issue, own up to it, and make it right. But instead they just send you a PM and pretend it's not an issue.
