AP frequently shown as disconnected on controller

I have a number of UAP AC Lite, AC Mesh and AC in-Wall, which are all powered by Unifi controller. some of which are linked by NanoBeam ACs. the Controller is on a remote location. Adopted fine but the APs, even the Unifi switch, would frequently shown as disconnected on the controller interface. How frequent? I have got 16 alerts in the past 10 hours.  I suspect it is still working fine but it's lost lost the communication to the controller. 

 

I am able to log in to the "disconnected" APs by SSH and it shows inform URL. in some cases the URL becomes the default so I added DHCP option 43 in the router, if I ping unifi, from the SSH terminal of the AP, it returns the correct IP with around 50ms.

 

the Internet feed is an 16Mbps / 1Mbps ADSL but I've set priority of the traffic from the APs to higher then the rest on the main router .

 

My question is, with 50ms ping to the controller, why would the AP is shown as "disconnected"? Is there a way to force the AP to send communication packet to the controller from SSH?

 

PS: I can get them to the "connected" status by rebooting it.  If I just leave it, sometimes it comes back on but not always.

At the moment, using info in SSH terminal, it shows

Status: Unknown[11] (http://unifi:8080/inform)

or 

Status: Unknown[11] (http://ControllerURL:8080/inform)

Just to update. I've set the inform URl to the IP of controller. Just in case it's DNS. Still the same

two devices are more frequent than the others, one is a Unifi 8port switch, one UAP Ac Lite.both on latest firmware.....

Any thoughts?
