Hi to all,
I have a customer with UNIFI Controller installed on his PC, Win 7, with 7 access point.
He uses the wifi inside his Hotel with guest portal and vouchers.
All work fine, but only after one month there are many expired voucher: the only choice I have is to renew it.
After one year, how many expired vouchers will have on the management panel???
How can I delete the voucher expired?
I can not believe that something so simple has not been designed!!!
Somethig like:"delete all expired voucher" or/and a button in the end of voucher line with "delete".

If the voucher is for one-time use, then it will automatically be removed from the Vouchers page of the hotspot manager once it is used. If the voucher is for multi-use, then clicking the "Revoke" button on the Vouchers page will manually remove it.

One-time use vouchers should automatically be removed from the Active Vouchers list (under the "Vouchers" tab) once they are used. Multi-use vouchers will remain in the Active Vouchers list even after they are expired, but you may revoke the voucher to remove it.
If you go to the Hotspot Manager and click on the "Vouchers" tab, you should see the "Revoke" button.
If you click on the "Wireless Guests" tab, you should see the "Extend" button.
I'm unable to reproduce your issue in 3.2.10, but if you are still having trouble, can you please provide a screenshot? Thanks.

sorry for my late:
"If you click on the "Wireless Guests" tab, you should see the "Extend" button." : ok I see Extend but if I won't extend this entry, this entry stay in list forever??? After 1 year of use, I will have 20000 entry? Or after a bit of time, the system delete automatically?

Yes, this wireless guest will remain in your database to preserve guest records. You can prune the database by creating a backup of your controller with limited historical data retention and then restoring from backup.
