I wasn't aware that UBNT had a captive portal on their hardware.

If someone from Ubiquiti doesn't get back to you by mid-day today, I should be in the office and will give this a try on our unit and my Android phone and see if I can figure anything out.

Re: Captive Portal - Android Browser

Wow! There's something wrong here, Ubiquiti.

On my HTC Wildfire (Android phone) I don't get a page can't be found... I can routinely crash my web browser!

The application Internet (process com.android.browser) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

Start it again... same error!

Same action on my iPhone works fine.

Just tried a HTC Desire here, same thing... It crashed the andriod browser. We identified a bug in our web page redirect... will fix ASAP.

Re: Captive Portal - Android Browser

Now let's go open a bug with Android... since the browser shouldn't have crashed from the UBNT bug Man Tongue

Re: Captive Portal - Android Browser

Is the Unifi captive portal on each AP, or is it in the controller?

Re: Captive Portal - Android Browser

The controller handles the actual portal.
