You're using Auto channels - instead of defined channels, which you should find by doing RF scan and choosing the least used channel.
But the only thing popping into my eyes are the IP address - that address is not private, so I would think that's what is causing your issues.

What are you using as DHCP server?
How is the UAP connected?
Why does your UAP have a public IP address?
What IP do your clients get?
Please make a sketch of your network setup.
I also recommend the following Radio Settings ( try to use different channels on each UAP )
Devices > UAP > Config > Radios
Channel width: HT20
Chanel: 1/6/11 | Choose one of these channels, a RF scan will help you choose the most clean one.
Transmit Power: Low ( Medium )
Channel width: VHT40 | Optional VHT80/VHT160 might decrease wireless stability
Chanel: 36/44 | Optional (149/157) Choose one of these channels, a RF scan will help you choose the most clean one. Avoid using DFS Channels
Transmit Power: Medium ( High )
