@Amagen So you are running the controller on something that has two LAN IP addresses? Any chance you can run the controller on something that is strictly wired, with one IP address?

@pandera999 please try debug steps listed here: https://help.ubnt.com/hc/en-us/articles/221029967-UniFi-Debugging-Intermittent-Connectivity-Issues-o...
The section Trace Packets Through the Network is particularly useful as a first step.

@Amagen Yes, if you can keep the controller system as wired only, with no USB dongles (WiFi, etc.), you should have better luck. Do you have issues when you are strictly wired-only, with no dongles?

Jeff,
actually we use dongles just for testing purpose, to check ping via WiFi, and then disconnect it, but anyway usualy my stationary PC is wired.
And yes, there is no difference or we do not face it yet, when we have WiFi or LAN connection.

@Amagen Can I get remote access to the UAPs as they are undergoing this problem? From the /var/log/messages files you've given so far, it looks like the AP is having a hard time keeping consistent communication with the controller. Can you ping the AP from the controller continuously to see if there is any wired packet loss?

Jeff,
Sure just PM me and we'll negotiate it.
Regarding ping, it's going smooth, without loss, even when there is bunch of units shows, that they have no Internet access thru the AP.

@prtkh Upgrade your firmware to 3.8.3.6587, the new driver included in the firmware makes a lot of a difference on noisy environments like mine (maybe yours is noisy too). I used to have stability problems on 3.2.x but 3.8.x makes them go away.

Dear all, I just want to let every one know, that we have solved our problem regarding WiFi connectivity. We had frequent dropouts on a certain amount of the devices connected to the AP's via WiFi. The main problem which we found was that for WiFi module we use Ampak Technologies APG 6212A, which inside include BCM 43438 chip P11, which is used in Raspberry PI and the thing is that it also have a Bluetooth in it. And both of them, WiFi and BT works on 2.4 GHz. And the signal of the BT was so strong and frequent, that it was just blocking the entire 2.4 line, so after we have changed the frequency of the BT signal, there were no any single problem with WiFi.
And what I should tell you, that I was amazed with the help and whole service we get from the UBNT. We were facing same problem with other world known brands, but only UBNT guys have so much personal attention to the problem we faced. Their suggestions and insights help us to figure out the key of the problem. We were looking for the partners which we can recommend for our clients, and finaly we found them. And as I see now already in the past two weeks more than 20 of our clients all over the world already have chosen UBNT products, and for that present day, we have no common issues with it, so we will continue to recommend UBNT as a reliable company.
And personally I want to say thank you to Jeff and Ben, you guys are doing great job.
