Docker container and database repair HELP

Good morning,

I urgently need help with the database of my controller. I am currently using the controller version 5.10.23 and seem to have a problem with the database because it can not store static routes.

I have the controller installed in the docker of a Synology. I tried to repair the database according to the instructions of unify. (https://help.ubnt.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006634094-UniFi-Network-Controller-Repairing-Database-Iss...) If I now enter the first line of code under the Docker container terminal, the following message appears:

see picture

unfortunately I do not know what to do. Which user seems to be missing here? And where do I put it? Many thanks for your help Greeting Sven

Re: Docker container and database repair HELP

Hello @Sven2013,

See what picture?

Why don't you use a supported platform?

You can also take a settings only backup and reinstall the controller.

Re: Docker container and database repair HELP

Hallo,

sorry here is the Picture.

I backed up the settings and then reinstalled the controller, but it does not seem to re-install the database, but to restore the database from backup.
