Guest Wifi Vlan

I know this may seem like a rookie problem.

But i'm trying to configure the guest wifi at my office on a segregated Vlan. I went through the process of configuring it in the Access point. It's currently broadcasting. But when i connect to it i'm not pulling and IP address nor getting internet connectivity. I'm Running an Edge router pro to a series of Cisco SG200-50P smart switches which my AC pro APs are connected to. I'm not certain if i misinterperted a step or if i shoulda configured the VLAN in the switch or the router. But i definitely messed up at some point during configuration.

Re: Guest Wifi Vlan

Yes, you need to configure both switch and router to carry the new VLAN you have created.

Also on the router you need to add a second DHCP server for that VLAN.

Perhaps this can get you started.
