How to add/configure my external Radius server

Hi there, 

I have a local server where I'm installed Radius server. If I create new Profile in Unifi whith local IP: 192.168.1.1  with port 1812- it's working. All users can login with personal credantials.

 

My task: I have external site where I have a Unifi cloud key and I want to add my Radius server from site 1. 

In site 1 router I open por 3389 and my server is available now 62.80.266.44:3389 

After this I try to test and create new Profile with IP: 62.80.266.44 and port 3389

NOT Working.

 

Can you please help me with this issue ?

did you configure radius client with public IP of network? Becouse it looks like external radius do not receive auth packets.

What kind of radius you use? In freeradius you can check in logs or use debug mode for IT. Also check configuration of external radius.

I use free Radius located in Windows server 2012 R2.
