Re: Manufacturing Mixup, Gen1 UniFi Switches without 24V Support

Hi,

Does somebody know when the US-16 will be available again?

I am in the process of upgrading my network to Ubiquiti equipement and I am currently only missing the US-16.

I would like to complete my network configuration but all my suppliers cannot deliver the US-16 150 watt switch.

Thanks in advance,

Ruben

Re: Manufacturing Mixup, Gen1 UniFi Switches without 24V Support

@UBNT-DavidS I appear to have gotten one of these units recently as well.  What is the best way to proceed?

Re: Manufacturing Mixup, Gen1 UniFi Switches without 24V Support

@UBNT-DavidSI am trying to send you a private message with the MAC Address of 5 routers with this issue, but when I tried to send it it said I it had to change some HTML, then it said I can't send any more private message today, even though I had not sent the message. How do I need to get this information to you?

Re: Manufacturing Mixup, Gen1 UniFi Switches without 24V Support

The forum software appears to have undergone an update today and perfectly valid content is being rejected as invalid.  That would impact PMs as well as forum postings.

Re: Manufacturing Mixup, Gen1 UniFi Switches without 24V Support

@UBNT-DavidS

I don't seem to have PM ability.

I just purchased a 16-150 which turns out to be one of the AT models.

Can you PM me please so I can give the details?

Thanks,

Matt

Re: Manufacturing Mixup, Gen1 UniFi Switches without 24V Support

Ugh - I just ordered a swtich 8 150w from the UBNT store and got one where Passive POE does not appear as a choice in the controller.

And now I'm on the other end of the country.  How long is the swap going to be offered?  I'm probably not going out that way again for at least four or five months Man Sad

Re: Manufacturing Mixup, Gen1 UniFi Switches without 24V Support

@UBNT-DavidS I sent a PM, my RMA said it was going to ship Jan 5th which is 1 week ago but haven't seen anything (thought it was going a overnight or at least a fast ship method).   Any chance you could dig up the tracking number so I can see where it's at and make sure nothing bad happened?

Thanks -- sorry for the forum page...  it seems you respond quicker to forum pages rather than PMs and I tried to give it a day first Man Happy

Cheers.
