Re: Migrating UniFi Controller to UniFi Cloud Key Gen2

I'm not sure if restarting the AP or when I SSH'd into the AP and used set-inform caused it to connect, but it's running now.  Whew!

I noticed on the UniFi Cloud Key Gen2 front display, next to the IP address there is a line through the cloud symbol.  Anyone know what this means?

As well, I noticed while logged into the Cloud Key Gen2, the Live Chat Support doesn't seem to be working.  Is this correct?

Hello @ubiqNewb,

What are you seeing when starting the Live Chat?

Reconfigure Cloud Access on the UCK.

Settings > Cloud Access > Disable and Remove Cloud Access

When I click on Live Chat Support, nothing happens at all.

I reconfigured cloud access as you demonstrated.

Ok...Live Chat Support is back.

Is there supposed to be a line through the cloud symbol on the front display of the Cloud Key Gen2?  I don't know.

Hello @ubiqNewb,

The line should dissapear if Cloud Access is configured and working.

Re: Migrating UniFi Controller to UniFi Cloud Key Gen2

Is there a way to check to see if I have Cloud Access configured/enabled?

Re: Migrating UniFi Controller to UniFi Cloud Key Gen2

Thank you all for posting about issue with changing SSH Cloud Key ssh credentials in wizard, we are preparing fix for that

Current workaround:

On default Cloud Key go into Cloud Key Web UI / UniFi Management Portal (running on port 443) , you'll be asked to change default SSH credentials after login. Please do that.

Then you can restore your backups in UniFi Network Controller wizard (you'll not be asked to Change SSH Credentials because you already did that).
