Re: Remote access / cloudkey problem

@AmazedMender16 @verisarioc

Still in the same boat ... nothing has changed today.

Could this be a hardware issue?

When I first booted the UCK on initial install it would not start, booted 25-30% and restarted over and over again.

After trying many times and eventually powering it from the USB-C port it worked, and has been working on PoE since.

Re: Remote access / cloudkey problem

Hello @tmshort,

Nah it’s not a hardware issue since the UCK works, just cloud access is not connecting.

May I take another look via TeamViewer? ( able to connect in 30/40 minutes )

Regards,

Glenn R.

Re: Remote access / cloudkey problem

Bumping the thread as we still have not found a solution.

I have not gotten any info from support yet.

Today, I installed a new UCK Gen 2+, hoping the switch would make something change (I upgraded as I wanted to install some cameras / use Unifi protect - poor research on my part for buying the Gen 2 first).

Still in the same situation.  On unifi.ubnt.com the status shows "managed by other".

Hoping someone out there has had a similar issue and found a solution...
