Ticketing Question

When a ticket is submitted through the controller after a chat session, how long does it take to get a level 2 response?  Not to be rude...

Thanks Robbie. Good to know, have been waiting for five days.  I did; posted in the 4.0.10 release thread.  Still having ongoing issues with AP reboots.

5 days is excessive, but I've waited that long on level 3.

If your issue is on 4.0.10 you may want to simply upgrade to the 4.0.15.9872 firmware and see if that resolves the problem.
