Hey UBNT-Cody, I´m having the same issue here with my UAP-PRO.
It blinks blue-white-off and I can access it through TFTP, but I´m not able to ping it.
Could you please PM me with the link of the properrecovery image to unbrick it?
Thanks

I'm having the same issue with 2 of my UAP-IW units. Not sure what happened to the first one, but the second one was definitely a result of me attempting to use the Reset button -- instead of going to factory defaults, it went to the LED pattern reported here and won't come back alive. I attempted to PM for the image with no response after a week or more. If anyone has received said image, can you post a link to a dropbox file or PM me?
A working set of steps for using the image wouldn't hurt either.
Thanks,
Ken

Have 2 UAP Lites here with that same 1 sec faint white LED + 1 sec blue LED + 1 sec no LED. All I did was press reset button for 10 secs.
Contacted support and solution was far easier than I thought based on this discussion thread: disconnect the cable for 30 secs and reconnect and all was good.

I ran into the flashing light issue when moving an AP from a site that used the Ubiquiti PoE injector to one using a Unifi switch. When plugged into the switch it would flash even when I pressed reset. Plugging the unit into an injector, resetting, then plugging into the switch fixed this for me.
Hopefully this helps anyone else that runs into this problem. Sorry for resurrecting an old thread.

Hi,
I know it's very long ago, but if you already managed to connect to UART, have you ever tried:
- Plugging POE in and immediately hitting "ESC"-Key on connected Computer (UART). Halting boot-sequensce in UBoot.
- Type printenv <ENTER>
See what the output is for do_urescue. If it is set to true, change it via:
setenv do_urescue FALSE
saveenv
This should render your AP booting from flash primarily again!
Hope that helps (if still of any use)
