That would explain why I haven't seen the issue as detailed then as all my 1 Gen AP's run at a much lower firmware level.

We need a solution for this!
Today we had a massive problem with the wireless network! Without any interaction the whole wireless network got extremly slow, clients disconnected, and so on. The resoltuion was to stop and start the controller software (only the controller software, we didn't touch the APs).
After we restarted the controller software every thing wents back to normal operation in a short time.
So it can't be the strength of the WiFi signal it must be a problem with the firmware and/or software and/or the combination of them.
Please take this serious, as other users on the web are also reporting this problem.
Hope you can give us a soltuion.
