Unifi AP LR is not upgrading

Hello,

We have around 10 Unifi AP LR on version 3.2.12.2920 that are not upgrading to anything above that firmware version. One of the APs MAC ID is 1407K24A43CE45B7C. We need to upgrade the firmware because we cant use 2 SSID on those APs. We have more APs that are on the most recent firmware version and are working perfectly.

You can upgrade via a custom upgrade or via a SSH session ( CLI ).

Please follow the upgrade path below:

3.2.12 > 3.7.58 > 3.9.54 > 4.0.14

Should be fine using the same versions.

But you could upgrade to 3.4.19 first which you can find here.

Once again thanks for your help we are currently upgrading all APs on firmware 3.2.12.2920 without any kind of problem, but the APs on older versions are not upgrading, even going trhought the 3.4 first. Do you have any idea why?

What firmware version are they on?

What model UAP is it?

Are they able to resolve dl.ubnt.com?

We have some Unifi AP-LR on 3.1.13.2598 and Unifi AP/AP-LR 3.2.1.2601, and no they can't resolve dl.ubnt.com

Try to use a HTTP link or cache the firmware, after the firmware has been cached upgrade the UAP.

Cache the firmware on the controller and upgrade the UAP once the firmware has been cached!

Settings > Maintenance > Firmware
