Unifi Controller wizard can't discover AP (using EdgeRouter X)

After performing a few factory resets, I always have the same problem: My wireless AP is not discoverable. I feel like I am missing something obvious.... Attached are some screenshots.

Re: Unifi Controller wizard can't discover AP (using EdgeRouter X)

Based on the above pics, seems that eth1 is your wan interface, switch0 (eth2,3,4) is one network, 192.168.2.0/24 and eth0 is another network, 192.168.1.0/24. In the dhcp scope of the network to which the AP belongs, you can declare the ip address of the pc on which the controller is running ('unifi controller' textbox), if that pc is hooked up to a different network, and that ip address should be static.

You can create the static mapping, still in the dhcp config.

Cheers,

The Wizard had created 2 networks, an oversight on my part, and that was the problem! I hope this solution helps others! Cheers!

Not sure,

I am assuming the wizard created a single network. How would you check?
