Aircube ISP Stability with UNMS

I'm on the latest UNMS 0.12.2 with airCube ISP - 2.3.0-beta.1 and earlier versions. I'm offering one of my clients a remotley managed wifi solution for 9 of there condos with the airCubes installed. For the most part 6/9 will stay connected to UNMS... the rest will connect for a couple hours then disconnect. Everytime they disconnect I have to make a hour road trip to reconnect them to UNMS. As far as I can tell the wifi stay's working.

Re: Aircube ISP Stability with UNMS

@dccittech, first of all I would suggest to upgrade all your airCube devices to the latest fw. @UBNT-Jindrich can you take a look into this issue as well?

Re: Aircube ISP Stability with UNMS

Currently 4 are showing disconnected. I'm hoping to make a drive out there and get them back connected to UNMS and update them to the firmware that was just released today.

Re: Aircube ISP Stability with UNMS

@dccittech Hello Danny. In order to investigate this issue from the UNMS side, I will need both UNMS logs and a device support info from at least one affected device. Please, send those files to my email radek.skrivan(at)ubnt.com and include URL of this thread in the message.

Re: Aircube ISP Stability with UNMS

@dccittech  HelloDanny. I checked the logs and there are numerous errors of AES key encryption. Please try to take one of the airCubes, insert a generic UNMS key into it and check if you can see it in UNMS. It will probably have the triangle error icon. Try to use the refresh button and it should solve the issue. Let me please know how it went.

Re: Aircube ISP Stability with UNMS

@UBNT-Radek What would you define as "a generic UNMS key"?

Re: Aircube ISP Stability with UNMS

Oh ok. So the entire key is referred to as the generic key. I wasn't sure if it was just part of the key or something.

Re: Aircube ISP Stability with UNMS

@UBNT-Radek

Thats generally my fix. Is i'll drive out there login to the web gui management page and enter a new key straight from my UNMS. Then theres the rare occasion that I make it back home and the device has already disconnected from UNMS. I haven't had a chance to drive out there for the 2 air cube's that are currently disconnected. I'll update when i have more informaiton.
