Am I the only one who does this?

This way I can firmware update, then adopt in UNMS, but not lose the protection from dirty installer hands before customer handover.

Would be really nice if that wrapper could be oriented so I could lift just one flap to access the ports, rather than having to unwrap the whole thing, or cut it...

IMG_4216.JPGCut away the wrapper.

Got to admit I haven't seen anyone else do that. Just how dirty are your installers?

Installer is usually me, mostly doing construction trailers, music festivals, or ski-hill sites... so: quite filthy Man Wink

Somedays I need fall arrest gear, some days I need a mountain bike, other days I need both Man Wink

Hah! Well, apart from the wrapper, how have your experiences been with the airCube so far?

Re: Am I the only one who does this?

For the most part I'm happy.

Needs a firmware update past 2.0 before the UNMS scanning app works.

Per my reply to @UBNT-Radek the other day here - https://community.ubnt.com/t5/UNMS-Beta/ACB-ISP-Aircube-Config-Default/m-p/2595331#M10440

Some ISP-tier customization would be really wonderful. Also it needs to be heavier and/or have a higher friction base. High cost in Canadian is rough given comparable features are now < $50, and UNMS is great, but not $50+ great.
