Re: Major airCube issue, no support, no option!

In other thread people are saying, that changing ISP to 20Mhz bandwidth helps solving issues with apple devices not connecting to airCube.
Could you try doing it ?

We always run all our airCubes on 20 MHz. It does not help.

20MHz doesn't fix the issue. Some progress on this would be fantastic, there has been no action from UBNT that we can see.

Still broken for us on 2.4. Client reboots the device before we can get support file. Happens almost daily.

How are you powering the ACB?

Re: Major airCube issue, no support, no option!

We are still seeing issues even when powering the aircube with a 1A poe. Just this week I've had two clients report problems with connecting to their aircube with it saying that they had the wrong password. Both clients had 1A poes and we had even swapped the aircubes out. A reboot fixed the problem.

Both clients have aircube isp's. We so far haven't seen the problem with aircube AC's

Is their anymore updates or develpoment on this problem?

Could you send me the Support Info file from both of these ACB-ISP units when you get a chance?  Please send james@ubnt.com.

Re: Major airCube issue, no support, no option!

I had the exact same issue with 2 customer yesterday.

They cannot connect because it says wrong password.

I even change their password for 12345678 to see it that will help.

It doesn't, a reboot fix the issue.

[ Edited ]

Other issue appears.

Wifi client get kicked out of the airCube and cannot connect back. Reboot always fix issue for few time before it happen again.

Since the cube are always restarted by customer I am never able to grab a log.

However, @UBNT-SNK if you build a dev/alpha firmware for the aircube that make support file / error log persistant to reboot, I am willing to upgrade a bunch of cube with that firmware to help you out find the issue.

I also think that if there was a way to pull sup file from unms, that would help a lot to get more sup file for you to find the issue.

Re: Major airCube issue, no support, no option!

same issue here i have to manually rebot the aircube isp almost weekly because the wifi quits working

ssid is still shown but every device wanting to connect gets a incorrect password error until i reboot the device

so it's not a small ammount of these devices that have this issue it's all of them

None of the ideas expressed above are actually mine. They are told to me by Luthor and Ferdinand, the five inch tall space aliens who live under my desk. In return for these ideas, I have given them permission to eat any dust bunnies they may find under there.

Re: Major airCube issue, no support, no option!

We have added more developers and QA team members to resolving this issue as of two weeks ago. It is their top priority and when we see progress soon I will update this thread.
