AF24 randon link loss

Ive had a ticket opened for the past 3 weeks and Im wondering if the community can help. I have an AF24 link that appears to lose its link at random times of the day. The link itself has been in place for a few years without any issues. The link will go down roughly twice a day. Not power related. I believe it could possibly be a hardware issue but any help would be appreciated.

Re: AF24 randon link loss

Is the wireless link going down? Or just the Data port? I see in your screenshot that you do not have a LAN connection.

We are experiencing a simliar thing. Has been fine for years. The link is droppping but the devices on both sides stay powered up. Cables are certified and grounded.

Re: AF24 randon link loss

Data is unplugged. We have a back up in place momentarily. The devices themselves stay powered up but links lose connection roughly twice in a 24hr period for about 10-20 min, then reestablish connection by themselves. We're in an area with fairly low noise.

Re: AF24 randon link loss

Are any of these AF24s colocated with other AF24s? If so, you may need more separation between them.

Re: AF24 randon link loss

We have a backup AF5X right below the AF24 on the master side, and there is about a 5ft seperation on the slave side. We have had this set up for a few years.

Re: AF24 randon link loss

Okay, that shouldn't be a problem. Can you email the support files from both Master and Slave after this happens again?
