8.4.0 and 6.1.0 memory leaks

It looks like both 8.4.0 and 6.1.0 have major memory leak issues. See screen shots. I've reverted FW to the last stable version on both. I believe the memory issue was added between the 8.4.0 RC and 8.4.0. I did not use beta versions of 6.1.0 to know where the problem was added.

OK. Looks like UNMS agent is leaking memory. We will have patched version later this week.

Re: 8.4.0 and 6.1.0 memory leaks

@mouseskowitz do you possibly have UNMS enabled?

R5AC-Lite (XC) with UNMS enabled, same results here.

I rolled them back to 8.3.2 at 5 this morning. Both devices stopped passing traffic and the management interfaces were unavailable. I had to bounce them by switch POE. This occurred both yesterday morning and this morning (after a saturday upgrade).

I also had this happen with Nanobeam 5AC, XC.

Re: 8.4.0 and 6.1.0 memory leaks

this problem I report almost when the firmware came out, in the forum in Spanish and nobody took it into account I hope to be more careful in their updates, until the RC everything was correct. It was a chaos as saturating memory and CPU can not downgrade the computer until it is restarted and immediately uploads the previous firmware. Because of this problem 200 CPEs almost died and customer calls were not sittin

@UBNT-Edmundas@mouseskowitzYes. That screenshoot is for UNMS. Horrible memory leak.

Re: 8.4.0 and 6.1.0 memory leaks

@UBNT-Edmundas@UBNT-JamesYou guys should make a sticky out of this. UNMS is quite popular even though it is in Beta. I would assume the workaround is to disable UNMS and reboot right?

@UBNT-Edmundas Yes UNMS is enabled. I've reverted to older FW and will wait for the UNMS fix.
