8.5.1+ and 6.1.6+ =100%CPU usage

/bin/infctld -g is being a CPU hog I have a ton of dishes having issues with 100% CPU.

5ghz and 2.4ghz systems both impacted.

FF mode+gps sync enabled 8ms 67/33

I do have one supp file if necessary.

Possible seperate issue, I have quite a few other dishes showing offline. I cant get a ssh connection or http page to load to them, but nmap shows their ports as open.

Any other information you guys need?

Is this one of the radios showing the issue in the other thread? Can you email the support file to james@ubnt.com with a link to this thread please?

Nope, this one was showing online and I could access it. In the other thread, those show offline and I have no access to the radios but I can ping them.

Supp file sent to james.

Just sorted AC2 by CPU usage and here is the CPU graph from about 50 dishes..... so odd. These are spread across different VLANs too. Not sure what triggered this.

- Can you check dmesg, /var/log/messages, netstat -a output @Wifimax ?

- Can you turn Off airview and check again?

Re: 8.5.1+ and 6.1.6+ =100%CPU usage

kill -9 on the process seems to 'fix' the problem.  The process restarts and the CPU doesn't go back up to 100% on anything we have done that on.

Not sure what the -g option does it is not documented in the help for ubntbox

Has anyone seen this on units not managed by AC2?
