Re: Power Beam - connection lost every hour

@Animancorda  Could you update both units to 6.1.3-RC and let me know if it resolves this?

If not, please grab the Support Info file from both units after seeing this and forward to james@ubnt.com

@UBNT-James Thank you, already updated the devices. I need a day to check it out with new firmware.

Update! Same troubles with firmware. Airlink about 8 km, signal strength -48, capacity 88, quality 96 - all looks like good but still missing several pings every hour at same time (Date is wrong, don't look at it)

Re: Power Beam - connection lost every hour

When you say airLink 8km, can we see the link prediction it gave you?

Re: Power Beam - connection lost every hour

We have a tool called airLink that predicts wireless link performance. When you said airLink 8Km I assumed you used it to predict your link.

Re: Power Beam - connection lost every hour

Thanks. This does not appear to be the cause of the problem. Can you generate some support files from these units?

Already gave support files to @UBNT-James, but currently i can't send an ethernet traffic via PowerBeam because of our network problems. I need one day more to troubleshoot network and than i'll check out antennas.

@Animancorda  I'm not seeing anything under your email address.  Could you resend to james@ubnt.com?  Please include a link to this thread as well.

Re: Power Beam - connection lost every hour

Hello there,

Looks like setting the distance to 110% manually helped me with issue, thanks a lot.
