Bullet mounted remote with coax

Bullet instructions and all examples show it connected directly to the antenna.

I would prefer to install the bullet remote from the antenna and use coax (about 4m) between the two. I have several reasons, one of which is that I can then switch between the bullet and an LTE/4G unit which can use the same antenna.

So my question is, how much signal loss will be if I use 4m of high quality coax between the antenna and bullet?

Thanks

Re: Bullet mounted remote with coax

Sure: use good quality coax rated for the microwave

bands--not 'CB radio'. Use quality connectors.   Dave
