Litebeam M5 PtP always disconnect

My signal were good but it always disconnect. I tried many configurations and different frequencies but still gives me random disconnect. What else can I do?

that means you can have issues with power. try replace PoE adapter and check if cables are ok. Do you use shielded CAT5e FTP cable with shielded RJ45 jacks ?

1. please make screenshot from Wifi tab

2. on main tab you can click on Log section, check Logs on both devices, what is there about the disconnection?

Is this a new installation that has had issues from the beginning or an old installation that recently started to have disconnects?

Yes, I had these issues since I installed it last December 2018, until now I suffer from these disconnections. Also it disconnect when I access the host name/ip address of the Access Point here on my Station.

Could you also share the results of a Site Survey from the Station side? Please disable the frequency scan list first (Under Tools in the top right of the web interface)

Do you have any non-DFS channels available to use?  The reason for asking is I see the antenna gain isn't set correctly, this can cause a false RADAR detection which results in a disconnect.

these antennas are fully assembled? there is the 3 metal parts antenna? if yes then change this settings, you have it now switched to option where you have no antenna around.

 

Also for now set Data rate module to Default and disable Frequency scan list as it was said.

Hi, I tried your suggestion but it made airmax quality and capacity low and still have disconnections.

do this setting on both devices and post main & wireless tab screenshot with these new settings

 

post also 10 minutes Airview screenshot, first switch airview frequencies to 5700 one range UNII Worldwide. That is for outdoor, you had now indoor frequency set.

Airview -> View -> Preferences -> Realtime traces

Ok I post it later. One more thing, everytime my Station disconnected to Access Point, I see Access Point's "Uptime" reset to 0 time

Hi, I think its a power issue. I bought a UPS and connect my Access Point there and its not disconnecting anymore.Thank you.
