New installation of PowerBeam M5. Tried logging in with ubnt/ubnt and admin/ubnt credentials in a browser , no good. Used Putty with the same credentials as stated above, same result. I also tried root/admin, no successful.
Preformed a hard reset as well. NG.
I would appreciate any help to resolve this issue .

Your 'hard reset' didn't take. Hold the button firmly for longer.
ubnt/ubnt are the factory default credentials.
It's possible the Powerbeam was previously configured to disable the reset button. TFTP mode is your way out:
