Suddenly cannot connect to 192.168.2.1 on bullet m5

Everything has been running fine with my bullet m5 and my router ( AMPLIFI) ticking the box to cloan my MAC address , which is something I do regularly, then I could no longer connect to the bullet using 192.168.2.1, I have unplugged it and restarted it and have done the same with the router but with no joy, what has happened ?? Thanks

Ok , have used the discovery tool and the only thing it’s found is my AMPLIFI router.

My laptop is connected to my routers network , I guess that is correct yes?

All the lights on the bullet M5 are on

I wrote a short article covering inaccessible airMax devices that may point you in the right direction. It's essentially a quick list of simple issues to double-check.

Re: Suddenly cannot connect to 192.168.2.1 on bullet m5

Hi

well I can’t connect to the device via 192.168.2.1

should I connect it directly to my laptop and connect to it via 192.168.1.20 ??

Just so I can see if anything is amiss

That step is one I included in the article, so I definitely recommend trying it as well as carefully stepping through the whole checklist.
