It been a very strange ordeal with all of our ubiquiti devices listed below:
Rocket Prism 5AC Gen2
Nanbean 5AC Gen2
Powerbean 5AC Gen2
Once configured we can never make another change to it. No mater how many time we try, it jus gives us an error and never saves the changes. Essentially we have to factory reset each device and start all over. It has done this with every firmware update, and nothing has fixed it. We are currently on the newest firmware, FYI.

Do you have a screenshot of the error?
How many units are you seeing this on?
If you see this error again, could you download the Support Info file (System tab -> Download Support Info file) and forward to firstname.lastname@example.org?

No I don't really have a screenshot of the error.
Basically the situation is we SSL tunnel into the router at the tower site, use a browser like firefox configured for that tunnel. We have 12 total tower devices (Rocket Prism 5AC gen2) with the latest firmware (not that it matters) and our custoemr devices vary from nanbeam gen2 to powerbean gen2.
Our primary focus is the tower equipment. No matter what, once we provision them, they lock for changes.
