I am using APT, I'm illustrating the 403 in what I hoped was a clear and consice way. Obviously I was mistaken what the technical level here was.

Is the Debian repository no longer a supported release channel? It's redirecting to a "forbidden" URL on Amazon AWS.

    http://ec2-50-17-203-132.compute-1.amazonaws.com/unifi/distros/deb/debian/

    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /unifi/distros/deb/debian/ on this server.

You do realize the ePMP is the only N radio on the list, right? It should not be such a surprise that an N radio can't match the throughput of an AC radio.

I realize that much of the actual job of passing bytes is handled at the chip level and much of the CPU's work is to drive the GUI and telemetry but we have one or two PtP radios that seem to slow down under high load and we often see a high lav when that happens.

Actually no, moving traffic is general CPU, too. Everything on these is general CPU (except AES), there's no hardware ASIC or FPGA based forwarding here.

So the net takeaway is yes, if the CPU is too busy doing anything it can impact performance.

Edit: moving bytes/packets will be kernel, not a process, but still using general CPU.

Has anyone else been locked out of stations when running iperf (speed test) from aircontrol? The stations will still pass traffic and respond to ping, but there's no way to manage them (both ssh and web time out) until they're power cycled. This has happened several times for me recently on 5.5.6.

Since I don't use airVision I only wish they wouldn't hold up the camera firmware just because AV2 has problems.
